Book and pay online
Guests pick their dates, see the full price and pay by card or Apple Pay. Take a deposit at booking and the balance automatically before arrival, with payments handled securely by Stripe.
Websites
Every booking that comes through Airbnb or Booking.com costs you a slice of the price, and the guest belongs to the platform. A website of your own lets guests check dates, see the property properly and book with you directly, with no commission on top.
What's included
Guests pick their dates, see the full price and pay by card or Apple Pay. Take a deposit at booking and the balance automatically before arrival, with payments handled securely by Stripe.
Availability updates from Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, and your direct bookings block those dates on each platform, so you don't get caught out by a double booking.
Large, fast-loading galleries for every room, the view and the hot tub, sorted so guests find what they care about. Floor plans and video tours too if you have them.
Show real reviews from past guests on every property page, and ask for a review automatically after each stay.
Seasonal rates, minimum stays, changeover days, cleaning fees, pet charges and last-minute discounts, all set by you and easy to change.
A booking confirmation, a thank you after checkout and a pre-arrival email with directions and key safe codes, each sent at the right time without you lifting a finger.
Got a cottage, a lodge and a flat? Each gets its own page, gallery, calendar and prices, with a search that shows guests what's free on their dates.
A local area guide, clear property details and holiday rental structured data help you appear when people search for places to stay, and when they ask ChatGPT or Google's AI for recommendations.
Direct bookings
Booking platforms are a useful shop window, but they're an expensive one. Commission and service fees usually add up to around 15% or more of each booking, and the guest's details stay with the platform. When that guest wants to come back next summer, they search the platform again and might book somewhere else.
A direct booking website changes that. Guests who find you on Google, through a friend or from last year's stay can book with you straight away. You set the rules, you keep the guest's details (with their permission) and you can offer returning guests a better rate without a platform taking its cut.
Guests decide quickly. They want to see the property, check their dates and know the total price before they've finished their coffee. We design every holiday let website around those three things:
Your website should do more than sit there waiting for links. We build in local SEO from the start: a page for each property, a guide to the area and the things guests search for, such as "dog friendly cottage New Forest" or "lodge with hot tub Cornwall". Holiday rental structured data tells Google and AI assistants exactly what you offer, where it is and how many it sleeps.
Already have a website that isn't taking bookings? We can add direct booking to it or rebuild it on our UK hosting. Tell us about your holiday let and we'll come back with honest advice.

Questions
Yes, and most owners do. The platforms are good at finding new guests. Your website is where returning guests, referrals and people who find you on Google book direct, without the fees. The calendars stay in sync, so you can run both.
We connect your website calendar to Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. A simple calendar link updates every so often, which suits most owners with one or two properties. If you have several properties or a lot of last-minute bookings, a channel manager updates every platform instantly, and we can connect your website to the one you use.
No. You pay for the website once and for hosting each month. Every direct booking is yours, less the card processing fee from Stripe.
Yes. We can design your website around the booking engine you already pay for, so your calendar, rates and guest messages stay where they are. If you don't have one, we can build booking into the site itself.
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, straight into your bank account. You can take a deposit when they book and the balance a set number of weeks before arrival, and hold a damage deposit if you want one.
Yes. We build on WordPress and show you how to change rates, block dates, add photos and edit text. If you'd rather we did it, our maintenance plans include monthly time for changes.
Through Google search, the area guide on your site, social media and the guests you already have. Every guest who books direct gets a reason to come back, and AI assistants can recommend you when they understand what you offer and where.
It depends on how many properties you have and whether booking is built in or connected to your channel manager. Tell us about your lets and we'll send a fixed quote, usually within 48 hours.
