The detail
Enterprise drones only deliver value when they're set up properly, connected reliably and supported when something goes wrong. That's where Blink Web is different. We combine drone supply with our experience in networking, cyber security and two-way radio, so your aircraft, docks, software and communications work together from day one.
1. Understand the mission. We start with what you need to achieve, whether that's faster response to incidents, safer inspections or round-the-clock site security, then recommend the right aircraft, payloads and software.
2. Supply and configure. We supply your DJI Enterprise equipment, update firmware, set up FlightHub 2 and configure aircraft, controllers and accounts ready for your team.
3. Install and connect. For docked systems, we survey sites and plan mounting, power, 4G or fibre connectivity and secure network access, so your dock is reliable and protected.
4. Support and grow. After go-live we provide ongoing support, help with repairs through DJI Care Enterprise and scale your fleet as your programme grows.
Drone as first responder programmes put a docked drone over an incident within minutes, giving control rooms live video and thermal imaging before officers or crews arrive. UK police forces are already trialling the approach, and docked systems like DJI Dock 3 with Matrice 4TD are at the heart of it.
These programmes rely on beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) operations, which need a CAA Operational Authorisation. We support the technical planning behind your application and roll-out, from dock placement and connectivity to secure data handling, and work alongside your flight operations team and regulatory advisers.
Many of our drone customers already rely on two-way radio. We can link your radio systems and drone operations so ground teams, pilots and control rooms stay in contact throughout every deployment.
Who it's for
Questions
No. We only supply DJI Enterprise systems to businesses, public sector organisations and emergency services. If you're looking for a camera drone for personal use, a high street retailer will be a better fit.
It depends on the job. The Matrice 4T suits most field teams, the Dock 3 with Matrice 4TD suits remote and round-the-clock operations and the Matrice 400 suits heavy payloads and specialist sensors. We'll talk through your use case and recommend the right setup.
Every operator needs CAA registration and trained remote pilots. Most commercial and public sector work falls under the Specific category, and BVLOS operations need a CAA Operational Authorisation backed by a SORA risk assessment. We help with the technical side and can introduce you to specialist training and regulatory partners.
Yes. We help plan dock locations, power, mounting and network connectivity, set up FlightHub 2 and support your operations team through trials and roll-out.
Yes. DJI Dock 3 supports vehicle-mounted deployment as well as fixed installation on buildings and masts.
DJI Enterprise aircraft support Local Data Mode, and FlightHub 2 is available on-premises for organisations that need data to stay within their own network. As cyber security specialists, we can review your setup and lock down the systems the drones connect to.
