Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. You pay for the website once and for hosting each month. The only fees on each sale are the card processing fees from your payment provider.
Which platform do you build on?
WooCommerce on WordPress. It's flexible, there's no monthly platform fee and you own your shop and your customer data. It runs on our UK hosting and we look after it.
I sell on Etsy, Amazon or eBay. Should I have my own shop?
Marketplaces are good for reaching new buyers, but they take fees on every sale and keep the customer relationship. Your own shop is where repeat customers buy direct. Many of our clients run both.
Can you move my products from Shopify, Wix or Etsy?
Usually, yes. We can import your products, images and descriptions and set up redirects so your search rankings carry over as far as possible.
Can customers collect from my shop?
Yes. Click and collect, local delivery by postcode and national delivery can all run side by side, with different rates for each.
Will I be able to run the shop myself?
Yes. We train you on adding products, handling orders and running offers. If you'd rather hand over the updates, our maintenance plans include monthly time for changes.
